With more than 30 years of leadership experience with an emphasis in nonprofit fund development and leadership development, Marty has an in-depth understanding of management and governance. Her extensive experience as both a nonprofit CEO and board member have built the foundation for her skills in fundraising, change management, and strategic planning.

Marty served as Chief Executive Officer of Pro Kids, First Tee - San Diego for nearly 11 years. The organization empowers youth to become leaders in their community by using education and the game of golf. An endowment of $1.6M was created and a planned giving program established with several pledges.
